Het Domaine ligt in het hartje van de Provence aan de voet van de Mont Saint-Victoire (de beroemde kale rots geschilderd door vele grote schilders) en de Mont Aurélien, 25 kilometer ten oosten van Aix-en-Provence. Het bedrijf is in handen van Alain de Welle en is zo’n 200 jaar familiebezit. Het domein en zijn Romeinse waterput zijn echter al eeuwen oud.

Oppervlakte van 20 ha wijngaarden, bodem van kalksteen, klei en kiezel. Gebruik van natuurlijke gisten en lichte filtering voor het bottelen.
