De speler die erin slaagt om alle cijfers om te draaien, is de winnaar! Als geen enkel cijfer dichtgeklapt wordt, worden deze cijfers samen geteld en wint de speler met de minste punten.De spelregels van Shut The Box zijn vrij simpel. Het doel van het spel is dat je zo weinig mogelijk punten haalt, of alle tegels in het spel omlegt. Een speler mag maximaal 45 minpunten halen. Daarna moet de speler het spel verlaten en spelen de andere deelnemers een het spel door.
De speler die aan de beurt is moet alle plankjes met getallen rechtop zetten. Vervolgens gooit hij met twee dobbelstenen. Vervolgens volgt er een resultaat uit de twee stenen. Dit resultaat moet in plankjes omver worden gegooid. Het is op verschillende manieren mogelijk om plankjes omver te gooien. Wanneer je bijvoorbeeld een acht gooit, kun je de volgende mogelijkheden gebruiken:
Eén plankje van acht omver gooien;
Een plankje van zes en een plankje van twee omleggen;
Een plankje van drie en vijf omleggen;
Een plankje van één en zeven omleggen
Een speelbeurt duurt net zolang totdat de actieve speler geen combinaties meer kan maken. In dat geval gaat de beurt naar iemand anders. Wanneer alle hoge plankjes uit het spel zijn, mag de speler met één dobbelsteen verder gooien, zodat hij ook de plankjes van zes of lager weg kan spelen.
Het doel van het spel is om alle plankjes tijdens het spel neer te leggen. In dit geval krijg de speler geen minpunten. Als de speler die aan de beurt is geen combinatie meer kan maken, is de beurt voorbij. Hij moet dan alle plankjes bij elkaar optellen. Dit zijn minpunten. Als er meer dan 45 minpunten zijn, ligt hij uit het spel. Degene met de minste minpunten, wint.

Does Everything and More

This stand allows me to raise my large monitor. It also gives me storage space for my sound bar, laptop, pillcase and more! I place my keyboard and mouse pad on the lowest portion of the stand when not in use. I like the two drawers on the side. I also like that there is room for a light and pencil case holder to the right of it. I had a real problem organizing my stuff on my desk but now I have a location for everything. I survived without it for so long, but now that I have the stand, I am really please with the set up. The only down side to having this with a large monitor is that it will block out a window completely. I had to buy a gaming light and install it from behind to give light to the front of the desk. Now my desk is fabulous. Great product but make sure that your desk is large enough to house this monitor riser as it is large. It does go on sale occasionally. So you can put a watch on the stand and purchase it when the price drops.
