Over deze scholing  
Deze e-learning is ontwikkeld voor verpleegkundigen, verloskundigen, arts-assistenten en geneeskundestudenten die te maken hebben met icterus bij pasgeborenen. Je krijgt een helder, praktijkgericht overzicht van wat icterus is, hoe je het herkent (inclusief fysiologische en pathologische vormen), en welke risicofactoren van belang zijn. Daarnaast leer je over de mechanismen van bilirubine-afbraak, het diagnostisch traject en de beschikbare behandelopties zoals fototherapie. Deze scholing stelt je in staat om de zorg voor neonaten met icterus te verbeteren en ouders goed te informeren over deze aandoening.

Wat leer je?  
• Wat is icterus bij pasgeborenen?
Je leert wat icterus is, hoe het ontstaat en welke mechanismen betrokken zijn bij het proces van bilirubine-afbraak. Je maakt kennis met de verschillende vormen van icterus en hun klinische relevantie.  
• Symptomen en risicofactoren
Je leert de symptomen van gevaarlijke icterus herkennen, zoals ernstige geelzucht en veranderingen in gedrag. Je oefent met het identificeren van risicofactoren die kunnen leiden tot hyperbilirubinemie.  
• Diagnostisch beleid
Bij het vermoeden van icterus maak je kennis met het diagnostisch beleid, inclusief het uitvoeren van bilirubinemetingen (TSB/TCB) en het interpreteren van de resultaten.  
• Behandelopties en zorginterventies
Je leert over de indicaties voor behandelingen zoals fototherapie en wisseltransfusie, evenals hoe je ouders kunt informeren over icterus en hun rol in de zorg van hun pasgeborene.

I've been using this for about a month now, every night on my face and neck, hoping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and tighten some of my skin in that area that seems to be losing elasticity. It didn't cause my sensitive skin any breakouts or redness (although I was applying it at night before bed, so perhaps any redness was calmed overnight). I'm going to go ahead and finish the bottle, but based on these results, I probably won't repurchase.
