De wijnstokken Langs de glooiende heuvels van de Sakar berg, niet ver van Harmanli, op een hoogte van 130 meter, op kaneel en grijze bosgrond, telen we onze Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Chardonnay, Mavrud en Rubin druiven. Technologie We hebben de grondstoffen en de technologische aanpak aangepast om een wijn met uitgesproken fruitige aroma's en smaken te krijgen. We hebben de rijping van de rode druivensoorten zorgvuldig in de gaten gehouden. 70% van de druiven voor deze wijn werd geoogst op 18 september, toen we voldoende aroma hadden, niet te veel suikers (typisch voor de regio) en nog wat onrijpe tannines.Deze druiven van Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc en Syrah werden verwerkt tot een blend, gebalanceerd met een beetje Mourvèdre sap voor de frisheid. De gisting vond plaats bij een temperatuur van 20 - 22 °C met gekweekte gisten die ontworpen zijn voor de productie van witte wijn, met als doel de fruitige aroma's te behouden en de tannine-extractie te beperken. Om de smaak in balans te brengen en te versterken, werd de resterende 30% in deze wijn in een later stadium gemengd met wijnen die gevinifieerd waren voor rijpingsdoeleinden. 100% gisting en opslag vonden plaats in roestvrijstalen vaten. Na voltooiing van alle processen werd de wijn op natuurlijke wijze geklaard bij lage temperaturen. Voorzichtige filtratie voor het bottelen. De mogelijkheid van lichte kristalsedimentatie bestaat.

This pillow — after dialing in the right amount of shredded foam — has greatly helped my sore neck. Initially, I had to remove some foam. Then I gradually added foam until it reached optimum comfort and support. It is also CPAP-friendly — especially when I position my head near the pillow's edge. (I am a left-side sleeper.) I like the travel size because I use a bulky hugging pillow to ease stress on my shoulder and elbow. That makes my side of the bed feel cramped if using a larger head pillow. A smaller pillow is easy to flip end-to-end in the middle of the night. Finally sleeping through the night without waking up drenched
