Een gebied dat verbetering kan gebruiken, is het ontwerp van de middenpijp van het uitlaatsysteem. De G80 G82 M3 en M4 maken gebruik van een Y stijl middenpijp, met beide downpipes aan de rechterkant van de motor. De downpipe aan de linkerkant is verbonden met een "overgangsbuis" die onder de transmissie loopt en aansluit op de middenpijpen aan de linkerkant. Helaas is

BMW S58 G80/G82 M3/M3 Competition/M4/M4 Competition Overgangsbuis aan te kondigen.

Een gebied dat verbetering kan gebruiken, is het ontwerp van de middenpijp van het uitlaatsysteem. De G80/G82 M3 en M4 maken gebruik van een Y-stijl middenpijp, met beide downpipes aan de rechterkant van de motor.

De downpipe aan de linkerkant is verbonden met een "overgangsbuis" die onder de transmissie loopt en aansluit op de middenpijpen aan de linkerkant. Helaas is de standaardvorm van de overgangsbuis ovaal om voldoende ruimte onder de transmissie te creëren. Deze verandering van een ronde buis naar een ovale vorm veroorzaakt turbulentie in de buis, wat leidt tot een beperking in de uitlaatstroom.

We hebben een vervangende overgangsbuis ontwikkeld die de ronde vorm behoudt, waardoor de turbulentie en beperking veroorzaakt door het ovale ontwerp wordt geëlimineerd. Hierdoor verwachten we een aanzienlijke toename van het vermogen en koppel, wat de algehele prestaties verbetert.
