Een zachte witte wijn met een enorm aromatisch karakter. De Fiano druif heeft in deze Torremossa Salento wijn de hoofdrol en weet een smaakvolle wijn te creëren. Het is een minder bekende druifsoort uit Italië, maar desondanks wagen steeds meer wijnmakers de gok om met deze druifsoort wijnen te produceren. In het uiterste zuiden van de Italiaanse laars, Puglia om precies te zijn. Vinden we het wijnhuis Masseria Li Veli. De grondlegger luisterde naar de naam Antonio de Viti de Marco en het was zijn droom om een wijnproject neer te zetten in de regio. En dat is meer dan geslaagd. Het domein beslaat vandaag de dag 33.000 vierkante meters. Het klimaat in het Zuidelijk Italië is perfect voor de wijnbouw. De warme zomers worden afgewisseld met koude nachten en milde winters. En hier weet Masseria Li Veli uitstekend gebruik van te maken. De rijpe Fiano druiven worden rond september handmatig geoogst en in kleine kratten vervoerd naar de wijnmakerij. Dit wordt in kleine kratten gedaan, zodat de druiven intact blijven en niet hun frisheid verliezen. In de wijnmakerij worden ze opgeslagen in grote koelcellen. Hierdoor kan de vergisting koel beginnen en blijven alle eigenschappen behouden. De druiven worden vervolgens geperst en ondergaat een kort schilcontact. Hierna wordt de wijn afgekoeld naar tien graden en wordt een malolactische vergisting voorkomen. Dit maakt de wijn extra fris en vol aroma’s.Geniet van de fruitige volle Torremossa Salento Fiano
De Torremossa Salento Fiano verschijnt met een heldere strogele kleur in het glas. De geur springt uit het glas en is allereerst uitnodigend. Citrusfruit, meloen en peer voeren de boventoon. In de mond een frisse wijn met fruitige tonen die gecombineerd worden met een ziltige mineraliteit. Ipad works great, easy to set up and everything transferred from the cloud from a backup I had (thank god because my other ipad is completely dead). Everything is in order except they put the magnets in the wrong spot xD. It doesnt matter functionality wise and I feel its more hassle to exchange than its worth so I am going to keep the iPad. With the case its in it doesnt really matter because theres a spot already for the pen.
