De Tour de France is de belangrijkste competitie in de game en deze is nauwkeurig nagemaakt met de gespannen sfeer in de bergen, de enorme sprints en de pogingen van wielrenners om los te breken van de groep.Je neemt de leiding van één van de 61 officiële teams die de game bevat. Als de manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de tactieken en strategieën van je team. Ook moet je nieuwe wielrenners naar je team zien te halen met het vernieuwde transfersysteem. Je bent bezig met het tekenen van contracten, materiaalmanagement, roosters maken, trainingen leiden en al het werk dat te maken heeft met het werk van een manager van een professioneel wielerteam.
