Gebruik
Volwassenen: 1 afgestreken maatschepje (5,5g) = 375mg
Kinderen: 8-16 jaar (2,5g) = 170mg
Kinderen 4-8 jaar (1g) = 68mg dagelijks, tenzij anders geadviseerd door een deskundige.
Meng het poeder in koud water. Kan met of zonder voeding worden ingenomen.
Een maatschepje is inbegrepen.
Magnesium kan een laxerende werking hebben.
