Beschrijving: Goudgeel, diep en complex, met aroma's van witte bloemen, rijpe appel, geroosterde hazelnoot en een mooie rooksteen mineraliteit. Breed in de mond, met een perfecte balans tussen rijpheid en frisse zuurtegraad en een lange, elegante afdronk.

Lekker bij: Gegrilde riviervis, romige paddenstoelenpasta, kalfsoester of verfijnde veggie gerechten met truffelolie.
