De Southern Dutch Original BBQ Sauce is geïnspireerd op de traditionele Kansas City-stijl en biedt precies wat je zoekt in een goede barbecuesaus: een rijke balans tussen zoet, hartig en een subtiel zuurtje. De saus heeft een volle tomatenbasis, een vleugje rooksmaak en een zachte kruidigheid die heerlijk samengaat met allerlei soorten vlees — van pulled pork tot kippenvleugels, van burgers tot ribs.

De saus is ontwikkeld door het meest succesvolle BBQ-team van Europa: Tom Raes en Dorine van Geffen van Southern Dutch BBQ. Gebaseerd op hun jarenlange ervaring in internationale BBQ-wedstrijden, is deze saus niet alleen heerlijk, maar ook professioneel getest en goedgekeurd.

De saus komt in een stevige 500 ml fles met schenkdop, ideaal voor zowel thuisgebruik als mee naar de grill. Door het handige formaat is de fles goed te doseren, makkelijk op te bergen en lang houdbaar.

De smaak

Vol, zoet en een beetje rokerig — met precies genoeg pit en zuren om elk gerecht diepte te geven. Perfect uitgebalanceerd zodat hij zowel als glaze als dip kan dienen, zonder te overheersen.

Heerlijk met:
• Spareribs, pulled pork en brisket
• Kippenvleugels, drumsticks en burgers
• Gegrilde groenten, aardappeltjes en BBQ-sandwiches
• Als finishing glaze of marinadebasis

Ingrediënten:

Poedersuiker, water, groenten (tomatenpuree, knoflookpoeder, uienpoeder, paprika), suiker, dextrose, appelciderazijn (bevat sulfieten), zout, melasse, kruiden en specerijen (zwarte peper, paprikapoeder), chilipeper, kaneel, peterselie, kruidnagel, venkel, azijn, zuurteregelaar (E325, E270), gemodificeerd zetmeel (maïs), verdikkingsmiddel (E412), conserveermiddel, rooksuiker, natuurlijk aroma, aroma.
Bevat: sulfieten.

BBQ-tip:

Gebruik deze saus als glaze in de laatste fase van het garen van je ribs of kip – de suikers karamelliseren mooi op het vuur en zorgen voor een plakkerige, smaakvolle finish. Ook top als dip naast je BBQ-gerecht of om pulled pork extra sappig mee te maken.

I love this brand & expected more, especially for the price. the gloves are super bulky and uncomfortable. they’re hard to get on and off and have a strange feeling when on because of the gel lining. they also smell odd. i wore them so about a week with several different creams/balms/lotions etc. i woke up with them off multiple times which makes me know that i was uncomfortable in them during my sleep. they also caused a weird breakout on my hands up to my wrists that took over a week to go away with the help of cortisone. it was like hives but more rash like. i didn’t bother attempting to return them and decided to throw them out. waste of money, time & ended up with a rash at the end. they did make my hands softer and helped with my cracked skin but at what cost?

At this point I would suggest that you aren't taking a big risk to give these gloves a try, a lot of people obviously love them, and if you don't you can certainly get your money back. So my experience is that they are very difficult to get on and once they're on they really bugged me after awhile I need to get them off, but they're very difficult to get off without turning the gloves inside out. ...then you have to try get them turned back to right side out... in the end I tried them and then thought I would try them one more time but they were such a pain in the rear that I ended up tossing them in the trash because I waited too long to be able to return them. One of my saddest purchases from Amazon!
