Na bijna 30 jaar heeft Shimano de SPD-schoenplaatjes een make-over gegeven. De schoenplaatjes bieden nu een multi-entry-functie die het inklikken gemakkelijker en veelzijdiger maakt. Ze zijn 100% achterwaarts compatibel met bestaande Shimano SPD-pedalen. In plaats van alleen aan de voorkant ("toe-first") zoals voorheen, kun je nu ook met de hiel eerst en dan aan de voorkant, recht van bovenaf ("stomp-in"), of zoals gebruikelijk eerst aan de voorkant en dan aan de achterkant inklikken. Deze flexibiliteit maakt met name technische passages, trails of snelle cyclocross-klimpartijen veel gemakkelijker en veiliger. Naast de schoenplaatjes worden ook twee tegenplaatjes voor je schoen meegeleverd. These are fabulous! The weight to them is perfect for tearing off a towel and not tipping. And the color/style works perfectly with our decor.
