Door het gebruik van een curlstang komen jouw armen en polsen in een andere hoek te staan, waardoor je je pezen niet onnodig belast. Het grote voordeel is dat je hiermee blessures voorkomt. Een curlstang is onmisbaar bij effectieve krachttraining en spieropbouw. Onze curlstang van verchroomd staal heeft geribbelde greepvlakken, waardoor je gedurende je hele training goede grip hebt.



De curlstang is perfect voor oefeneningen waarbij je de stang niet in je nek legt. Denk hierbij aan bijvoorbeeld bicep curls en tricep extensions.



Je kunt de intensiteit van je training afwisselen met de meegeleverde gietijzeren halterschijven. Onze halterschijven zijn gemaakt van massief gietijzeren, waardoor ze erg vorm- en slijtvast zijn. Daarnaast maakt het ze ongevoelig voor krassen en butsen, zelfs wanneer ze hard op de grond terechtkomen.

Bought this for our 45lb, ball-obsessed Dutch shepherd/pit bull dog mix. I had one of these years ago with the hard shell and couldn’t be happier with the new foam shell. The new foam shell is much quieter and while our dog might put holes in it with his teeth, he doesn’t seem to ever pull pieces off. For engagement level, he found it VERY interesting at first and was scared to grab it, but once he got over that he started holding it in his mouth even when it shakes and just tries to keep it. Isn’t the best for fetch or anything as he has trouble letting it go when it is actively moving, but it makes him happy while he has it. We just make sure to monitor him while it is out. The ability to change the outer shell and just buy a replacement for the shell instead of a whole new toy is a lovely feature that makes me very happy to continue buying from this company.

The ball is about the size of a softball and the element inside is about the size of a golf ball. I thought my dog would love this but she was afraid of it, which is strange because she's afraid of nothing. Anyways I gave it to my neighbor upstairs and she has a yorkshire terrier who plays with it all the time so it all worked out great. Quality product . Good job!
