Prodotto a partire da un vigneto di 28 anni allevato su suoli argillo-calcarei, matura in legno per 12 mesi e si presenta, fin da subito, di grande personalità. Agile, scattante e sorprendentemente fresco, conquista senza troppi sforzi.
Ottimo in abbinamento a preparazioni rustiche, si sposa bene con il petto d'anatra confit e i formaggi stagionati.
