De NIVONA CafeRomatica 8'103 heeft de One-Touch DUOplus Cappuccino functie, met één druk op de knop één of twee perfecte Cappuccino of Latte. De geschuimde melk en de koffie worden direct in jouw kopje(s) gedoseerd. En om die melkspecialiteiten nog beter te laten smaken is de 8-serie uitgerust met de zogeheten cappuccino-connaisseur functie. Daarmee kun je de volgorde waarin de melk en de koffie worden gezet omdraaien: eerst espresso, daarna melkschuim of eerst melkschuim en daarna espresso. 

Het Aroma Balance Systeem van de 8'103 bevat maar liefst 5 aromaprofielen om de optimale smaak te kunnen genereren. Tel daarbij de 9 te personaliseren recepten op naast de reguliere recepten en het hele huishouden kan  oneindig variëren naar wens!
