Di chiara attitudine gastronomica è, infatti, un Vermentino che esprime i tratti più peculiari del territorio natio, regalando un sorso vivace e freschissimo. Il nome “Primasso” ricorda l'Asso, la carta più alta del mazzo e simbolo intramontabile di forza e trionfo. Il nome celebra le radici delle tradizioni toscane, dove i contadini, dopo lunghe giornate nei campi, si riunivano nelle taverne rustiche per unire il piacere del gioco a quello del vino.
