Smile Solar horloges worden gemaakt door Q&Q, een dochterbedrijf van het Japanse horlogemerk Citizen. Dit speciale horloge is ontworpen in samenwerking met LEITMOTIV. De grote rode horlogekast en de wijzerplaat vormen een giraf en panda kopje, de lijkt op de nek van de giraf.De horloges zijn milieuvriendelijk omdat ze zichzelf opladen via (zon)licht - waardoor er nooit meer een batterijtje vervangen hoeft te worden - en de horlogeband en kast zijn deels gemaakt van gerecycled kunststof. De horlogekast is flink groot: 42 millimeter breed en het is waterdicht tot 5 ATM, waardoor het rustig helemaal nat mag worden. These look GOOD in person. The design is simple but really classy, and the straps don’t look or feel cheap. The material feels like a smooth faux leather with a slight sheen. It doesn’t feel stiff, and the straps have a little flexibility so they don’t dig into your feet. Comfort-wise, they’re about what you’d expect for a 4-inch heel. Not something I’d wear all day, but for a few hours or a night out they feel secure and easy enough to walk in. The black color is perfect. It’s a true black and goes with pretty much everything. Sizing felt true to size for me. I got an 8 and it fit just right. At around $45, they feel like a fair value for a simple, stylish heel that looks polished without being over the top. I think they make sense if you want a simple pair of heels you can wear with multiple outfits without spending a lot more.
