La viticoltura eroica della Valle dAosta rivive attraverso il Torrette Superiore DOC di Anselmet, taglio raffinato ed ammaliante, che con la sua calibrata acidit
Nel calice ha un colore rosso rubino brillante. Il naso è caratterizzato dalla frutta rossa, con note di ciliegia e fragola; poi subentrano aromi speziati e legnosi. In bocca è fresco, con unacidità vibrante ed un tannino molto ben levigato. Chiude con un retrogusto olfattivo leggermente speziato.La viticoltura eroica della Valle dAosta rivive attraverso il Torrette Superiore DOC di Anselmet, taglio raffinato ed ammaliante, che con la sua calibrata acidità scorre in bocca con grande godimento. Le uve di petit rouge, fumin e cornalin fermentano e macerano per un periodo di 15-20 giorni, per poi proseguire a maturare in barriques. Un blend dal respiro internazionale.
E naturalmente portato ad accompagnare primi piatti con sughi strutturati e secondi a base di carne bianca e rossa. Da provare con una zuppa di fagioli.

My Go-To Everyday Joe

Very rich coffee and not acidic!! So many of the lighter roasts I have tried have a high acidity and I admit maybe I am sensitive to it. Bit this Peet's blend is very consistent, dark roast perfection, flavorful and rich. I am very impressed! Great beans! Cheaper than buying direct from Peet's too.
