Nieuw materiaal per 2019 Dit product is gemaakt van biobased plastic. Met oog op een betere toekomst gebruikt Light My Fire vanaf 2019 alleen nog biobased plastic voor de productie van hun producten. Met "biobased" worden materialen bedoeld die gemaakt zijn van biomassa gewonnen uit plantaardige grondstoffen zoals mais, suikerriet en cellulose. Het biobased assortiment is te herkennen aan de nieuwe kleuren van natuurlijke, zachte, aardse en vredige tinten. Op het gebied van verpakking is ook gekozen voor 100% recyclebaar of herbruikbaar materiaal.
