Terroir is een assemblage van spilites en purperen schist, zuidelijk gericht. De wijn is opgevoed op 400l barriques gedurende 12m. De wijn is zeer complex en heeft aroma's van fris fruit, vuursteen en citrus toetsen. Een zeer levendige en frisse chenin met een mooie complexiteit en een lange afdronk.
