Reef is opgericht in 1984 door de Argentijnse broers Fernando en Santiago Aguerre, die naar Zuid-Californië waren verhuisd om zich volledig op surfen te richten. De Cushion Phantom is al jaren een van de meest geliefde slippers in de Reef heren lijn. De 2.0 LE is de meest complete versie tot nu toe: meer ondersteuning, meer contour en een voetbed dat zich vormt naar je voet zoals memory foam maar bij elke stap terugveert. In Toffee met full grain leather strap van duurzame tanneries. Stap één keer in en je begrijpt het meteen.

De slipper

Rijke full grain leather strap afkomstig van LWG Silver of Gold rated tanneries die duurzame en ethisch verantwoorde productie garanderen. Zachte padded jersey voering die irritatie bij langdurig dragen voorkomt. Het meest comfortabele voetbed dat Reef tot nu toe heeft gemaakt, met de perfecte balans tussen zachte cushioning en responsieve rebound die je voet bij elke stap ondersteunt. Anatomische voetboogondersteuning en hielcupping voor een locked-in gevoel van ochtend tot avond. Outboard lasted constructie voor extra comfort en een soepelere pas. Assembled chair only to find that the lift cylinder was faulty. Would have preferred to be able to just get a replacement cylinder but calling China didn't seem like a viable option. We're disassembling (so much fun?!) to send it back. The chair itself was very comfortable, assembled fairly easily and instructions pretty clear. Again, if we could only have asked the seller for the replacement part......**Update**...Or if the instructions that seemed so clear were clearer!, as we started to disassemble, we decided to see what would happen if the tension knob (see photo) was loosened. IT ALLOWED THE LIFT CYLINDER TO WORK. Not at all what the instructions say. At any rate, we're keeping the chair.
