Hij werd verliefd op de uitstekende terroirs van de Jura en kocht 4 hectare in het zuiden van Bourgogne, in Mâconnais. Zijn enthousiasme voor de Jura streek en zijn geloof in het potentieel van dit wijngebied, zorgde ervoor dat hij ook en 5,5 hectare in de Jura kocht, in Arbois. Elke regio heeft zijn eigen wijnkelder, zodat er zo dicht mogelijk bij de wijngaarden gewerkt kan worden. De wijn uit Mâconnais wordt gemaakt in Davayé en de wijnen uit de Jura worden gemaakt in Villette-Les-Arbois. Het assortiment wordt uitgebreid met aangekochte wijnranken zoals Chablis en Côte Dór. Deze druiven worden, net zoals de druiven van het eigen domein, volledig zelf verwerkt, van oogst tot het bottelen en met grote precisie en zorg. In 2013 hebben Jean Rijckaert en Florent Rouve elkaar ontmoet, Waarna Jean het stokje langzaam is gaan doorgeven aan Florent. Florent studeerde landbouwtechniek, om zijn studie te kunnen bekostigen heeft Florent gewerkt in wijngaarden en wijnkelders. Hij werd gek op het proces van wijn maken en besloot om hier zijn carrière van te maken. Hij studeerde voor Oenoloog in Dijon en had verschillende banen hierna. Via zijn werk ontmoette hij Jean Rijckaert en deed zich de kans voor om zijn werkzaamheden in wijn maken voort te zetten. Jean en Florent delen een visie over wijn maken:

Easy tasty way to support digestive health
PSA- You need more fiber. I've been using these prebiotic fiber gummies for a while now, and overall I've had a very positive experience. The Citrus Berry Splash flavor is genuinely enjoyable, which makes them much easier to take consistently than some other fiber supplements I've tried. I also love the convenience I keep the bottle on my coffee table and have them after dinner when I watch TV. I've noticed that they help support regularity when taken consistently, and I like knowing that they contain prebiotic fiber to help nourish beneficial gut bacteria. For me, these gummies work best as part of an ongoing digestive health routine rather than as a quick solution when I'm already feeling backed up. In those situations, I personally find fiber powders to be a bit more effective. However, that's not really the purpose of these gummies—they're designed to help maintain digestive health and regularity over time, and I think they do that well. The gummies tend to stick together in the bottle, especially once I've gotten about halfway through it. I've found that storing the bottle upside down helps prevent them from clumping too much and makes them easier to grab. Overall, these are a great option if you're looking for a tasty, convenient fiber supplement that's easy to stick with long term. They've helped me maintain regularity, taste great, and are much easier to incorporate into a busy schedule than many other fiber products. I would definitely purchase them again.

Delicious and easy to chew probiotic gummies that also add fiber to your diet!
i just received this package of probiotic fiber gummies and can assure you that they taste terrific! The container is easy to open and includes an internal seal both to assure freshness and the safety of the product. These are individual gummies that are easy to chew and taste yummy! One flavor is citrusy and another has a berry flavor. Chewing them was not at all difficult and I did not feel like I ended up with lots of residual product stuck in my teeth. Each serving of 3 gummies provides 6 grams of fiber which is an additional benefit to the probiotics! The recommended dose is 3-6 gummies per day. As well as being flavorful and easy to chew, the addition of fiber is a great benefit for most people’s diets! I am a healthy woman of “a certain age” as the French say. I don’t have specific health problems that I know of but I am trying in general to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That was my goal in acquiring this product. This is the first day I have eaten and enjoyed these probiotic gummies. Of course I have not experienced any health benefits yet but my initial experience eating these soft gummies has been extremely positive!
