De druiven worden met de hand geplukt en daarna gaat het grootste deel op inox

De druiven worden met de hand geplukt en daarna gaat het grootste deel op inox cuves en ¼ op eikenhouten vaten van Franse en Amerikaanse afkomst. In de neus geeft de wijn rode bosvruchten, kers en wat tijm. Bij het proeven komt de toets rijpe kers terug naar voor met een lichte hint zoethout en lage tannines, die perfect in balans zijn met de zuren. Een plezier voor de smaakpapillen en prijs-kwaliteit absolute top! Serveren op keldertemperatuur. Santé!
