De interesse voor toontuinen zit immers nog steeds in de lift. Ons nationaal groenpatrimonium heeft hier heel wat te bieden. België is inderdaad bezaaid met de prachtigste privé-tuinen, waarvan sommige helaas zelden of nooit te bezichtigen zijn. Deze bijzonder praktische gids geeft per provincie een overzicht van alle bezienswaardige tuinen die op aanvraag minstens één keer per jaar openstaan voor het publiek. Iedere tuin krijgt een beoordeling en een korte bespreking mee, naast de noodzakelijke praktische gegevens zoals adres, route, openingsdagen en -uren, het aantal personen waarmee men de tuin kan bezoeken en zo meer.
Zo worden meer dan 350 prachttuinen en arboreta voorgesteld. Ook de mooiste parken van het land ontbreken niet in deze gids.
De belangrijkste tuinen worden ook nog eens voorgesteld aan de hand van overzichtelijke plattegronden van Christian Duchâteau. Bovendien bevat het boek tientallen prachtige kleurenfoto’s van Vincent Everarts de Velp, Philippe de Spoelberch, Arnaud Descat en anderen.

Works well, looks stupid with the logo display
This fits well in the vent frame and I am still able to close my vent. I really like the mount cause it solves a huge problem of where to put my phone securely... but I also hate it as well, because of the ugly logo on the face of it. "Batdiary"? Seriously? If I keep it I will look for a way to get rid of (or cover up) the extremely unattractive logo they selected. It makes it (and my trucks interior) look loke something for a child. I give it 5 stars because it deserves better than the 3.9 it had at the time of posting this. But for the love of everything clean and classy but still needing a mount, get rid of the bat logo!
