Over Domaine Marcel Rimbault

De wijnen van Marcel Rimbault vertegenwoordigen een regio, een terroir, een geschiedenis en een gedeelde liefde voor wijn. Door de jaren heen is een hechte band ontstaan tussen het domein en zijn partner-wijnbouwers, gebaseerd op vertrouwen, respect en een gedeelde visie op kwaliteitswijnbouw. Elke fles is het resultaat van met zorg bewerkte wijnstokken en nauwkeurige vinificatie in de kelder. Zo vertelt elke wijn zijn eigen verhaal, geworteld in traditie en vakmanschap. Marcel Rimbault biedt wijnen die aansluiten bij ieders smaak en elk drinkmoment iets bijzonders geven.

Vinificatie

Gisting in temperatuurgecontroleerde roestvrijstalen tanks (koud) gedurende 4 tot 6 weken. Rijping volledig in roestvrijstalen tanks gedurende 6 tot 7 maanden om de frisheid van de Chardonnay te behouden.
