De Premium spuiten van PrimaCreator zijn een serie vervangingsspuiten die een groter verschil in printresultaat kunnen maken dan u misschien denkt. Een hoogwaardige spuit is als een scherpe potloodpunt – het is cruciaal voor een geweldige print.
Hoge kwaliteit
Alle nozzles van PrimaCreator zijn gemaakt van hoogwaardig messing of staal (afhankelijk van het type) en worden vervaardigd in een moderne fabriek. Elke nozzle wordt met een tolerantie van minder dan ± 0,01 mm geproduceerd. Dit zorgt ervoor dat uw filament bij het extruderen een zeer glad en helder oppervlak heeft, wat natuurlijk leidt tot betere afdrukresultaten.
- Na dit proces ondergaat het materiaal een ultrasoon reinigingsbad en wordt vervolgens opnieuw gereinigd en beschermd tegen oppervlakteoxidatie.
- De nozzle wordt nu met millimeterprecisie gevormd, de tolerantie ligt onder ± 0,01 mm.
- Het proces van het verwijderen van scherpe randen aan de nozzles is een zeer belangrijke stap, omdat het een groot deel van het resultaat bepaalt. Als er te veel scherpe randen aan de nozzle achterblijven, wordt deze gevoeliger voor verstoppingen. Daarom is het cruciaal dat de nozzle voor gebruik zeer glad en schoon is. In elke batch worden enkele nozzles geselecteerd en doormidden gesneden om te verzekeren dat elke specificatie wordt gehaald en het oppervlak in perfecte staat is.
- De spuiten worden vervolgens een laatste keer gecontroleerd en afzonderlijk verpakt in een beschermdoos – klaar voor verzending naar u.
- 0 = 0,20 mm
- 3 = 0,40 mm
- 4 = 0,60 mm
- 5 = 0,80 mm
Aanbevelingen
Voor de beste resultaten en een optimale afdrukkwaliteit raden wij ten zeerste aan om uw printbed opnieuw uit te lijnen na het wisselen naar een nieuwe nozzle. Houd er rekening mee dat een PrimaCreator-nozzle mogelijk compatibel is met uw printer, maar dat de afstand tussen nozzle en printbed moet worden aangepast.
Het productieproces
- Het proces voor het vervaardigen van een PrimaCreator-nozzle begint met een geselecteerd hoogwaardig materiaal. Wanneer het materiaal de fabriek bereikt, vindt eerst een visuele inspectie plaats van het materiaal dat voor elke batch nozzles wordt gebruikt. Daarna wordt het materiaal opgespannen, oftewel verwerkt tot een lange staaf. In ons proces gebeurt dit slechts één keer; in veel andere (goedkopere) gevallen moet dit proces meerdere keren worden herhaald, vaak tot 3-4 keer, en toch worden niet dezelfde resultaten behaald.

Compact and exactly as pictured! Great quality leather.

I am very satisfied with this wallet; it is exactly as described in the listing and shown in the photos.
Key Features:
• ID Compartment: There is a dedicated section for your ID. It features a mesh cover rather than a fully transparent plastic window. Personally, I don't find this to be a problem because I usually take my ID out to show it anyway, rather than handing over my whole wallet.
• Spacious for Bills: Even though it’s a compact bifold, there is plenty of room for bills to fit flat without folding them. There is even a bit of extra space left over.
• Design & Size: It’s a very compact and neat wallet, perfect for those who prefer front-pocket options or don't want a bulky feel.

Durable Leather Wallet with a Minimal Design

This is a nice, heavy-duty wallet that feels built to last. The leather quality is good right out of the box, though it’s a bit stiff at first. If you prefer a softer feel, applying some leather conditioner or Neatsfoot oil helps break it in nicely.
The layout is simple and practical. Three card slots on one side, an ID holder on the other, and a full-length pocket for cash. It keeps things minimal, which is great if you don’t want a bulky wallet sticking out of your pocket.
The only thing I wish it had is RFID protection, but aside from that, it’s a solid everyday wallet that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Rugged, Practical, and Built to Last

I’ve been using this Carhartt full grain leather wallet for a while now, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from the brand—tough, reliable, and no-nonsense. The leather has a really nice feel right out of the box, and over time it’s developed a great patina that gives it that broken-in, worn-in look without feeling worn out.
I work in a pretty hands-on environment, so my wallet takes a beating being in and out of pockets, around dust, dirt, and everything else—and this one holds up without any issues. The stitching is solid, and the leather doesn’t feel like it’s going to crack or fall apart like some cheaper wallets I’ve had in the past.
I went with the bifold style, and it has plenty of room for cards, cash, and IDs without feeling bulky. It strikes a good balance between capacity and comfort in your pocket. Everything stays secure, and it doesn’t stretch out too quickly either.
Overall, if you want a durable, good-looking wallet that actually gets better with age, this is a solid choice. Definitely feels like something you’ll have for years.

Unless you're buying it for a child, I'd pass on this one.

Gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with this item. It's literally just 2 pieces of leather sewn together. Very flimsy, and all edges are raw/unfinished. The reason it's still getting a couple star rating is because it is a good size for a standard wallet, and it would be comfortable as it is so floppy, but you could probably expect to end up with bent or broken credit cards because of that. Overall I'd say your just paying for the name on this one and I'd pass unless you can get it for super cheap, for there's no way this thing is going to last the test of time.

not impressed

I own several articles of Carhartt clothing, most of which i got from a thrift store; it has been said that Carhartt meant quality--and quality meant high prices.
When a Carhartt item became available through the Vine program, I was surprised, and decided that I would use this opportunity to pick up what I thought was going to be a good quality wallet.
Nope.
For what they ask for their stuff, you would assume that it was made with high quality materials and in the united states. this wallet misses the mark on both of those points.
it is clearly stated on both the packaging and inside the wallet itself that it is made in india. the leather is thin and and may be so to effect the rapid aging and forming of the wallet around its contents, but it only has 3 card slots and a mesh-windowed ID card slot, so that seems like a stretch of an excuse. More likely, Carhartt cheaped out on materials. the stitching looks like it is made with plasticky thread , which may not hold up very long.
but it IS embossed with the Carhartt logo, which is all some people need.
