È armonico, fresco ed equilibrato in degustazione, con una lunga persistenza che conferma i sentori percepiti allolfattiva.Il Chianti Classico DOCG Ama è stato prodotto per la prima volta con la vendemmia 2010, ed è ottenuto con uve derivanti da nuovi cloni di sangiovese. Fermenta con i soli lieviti indigeni e matura in barrique almeno per 12 mesi.
