Deze wijn doet je qua kleuren en geuren direct denken aan Beaujolais. Elegant en prachtig rood in je glas. Deze stokken staan er al meer dan 60 jaar, wat zorgt voor lage opbrengsten maar enorme concentratie. De wijn gaat na de vergisting voor 14 maanden in eikenhouten vaten (75%) en amphora (25%) voor het bottelen. 

Een wijn die z'n mannetje staat, maar toch niet overpowered. Rijp rood fruit, bosbessen, kruiden en een beetje getoast en leer. In de mond een zijdezacht gevoel met veel fruit en body en elegante tannines. Deze wijn gaat heerlijk naast wat vollere gerechten, maar doet het ook goed naast wat kaas.

Too big for dogs under 15 pounds. Treats are hard to get out of the four corners. My dog can barely pick this up. She weighs 12 pounds. She still found it interesting though trying to dig the treats out that she was unsuccessful. Even after I cut all the little triangle prongs off the four corners the treats are still stuck in there.
