Een uniek geurenpalet van cassis, kruidnagel en cederhout. Je proeft levendig en rijp zwart fruit, zoals braam en kers. De smaak van garrigue, leer en chocolade vullen dit aan.

Achtergrond informatie
 

Napa Valley heeft in de afgelopen decennia een geweldige reputatie opgebouwd met zijn geweldige Cabernets. Het klimaat van het wijngebied, in combinatie met de bijzondere ondergrond, levert wijnen op van uitzonderlijke klasse. Aan de oostkant, langs de Silverado Trail, worden wijnen gemaakt met een mooie elegantie en finesse, zonder dat het ontbreekt aan de klassieke kracht van de streek. De wijngaarden op de heuvels zorgen voor goede tannine, die uit het dal leveren heerlijke volle wijnen op. De blend is mooi uitgebalanceerd. Wat extra tannine is afkomstig van wat petite syrah en nog wat rondeur van iets merlot. Heerlijk.

Past goed bij braadstukken van de barbecue. Zoals entrecote, Côte de Boeuf, Rib-Eye, maar ook Tournedos Rosinni of Beef Wellington. Uitstekend bij een borrelplank met gekruide worst en karakteristieke harde kazen.

I had a previous catch all tray that I bought on amazon, it used buttons on the 4 corners to turn a flat cardboard into a tray. I'm extremely happy with it, the quality is really nice and it looks and feels durable. No more loose buttons and spilled knick knacks.
