Afmeting van de ovenplank medium is 19 x 30 cm.

Vóór gebruik in de oven, altijd minimaal 1 uur laten weken in water.

Voordelen van de ovenplank:

*  Schoonhouden is eenvoudig; het hout houdt zichzelf schoon. Na gebruik hoeft u de plank alleen te reinigen met water en een spons/borstel en goed te laten opdrogen, alvorens de plank weer gebruikt kan worden.

* De speciale houtsoort en de speciaal voor deze toepassing geselecteerde kwaliteit voorkomt dat de plank (onder normale temperaturen: 180ºC à 200ºC) in de oven kan verbranden. 

* Het maakt niet uit hoe vaak u de plank gebruikt, de geur en smaak verminderen niet. De kwaliteit van de Cedarwood Ovenplank blijft goed. U kunt de plank enkele jaren gebruiken.

* U kunt de plank zonder handschoen uit de oven te halen. Het gebruik van een droge doek is meer dan voldoende, de plank is warm, niet heet.

Ovenplanken worden per stuk geleverd, verpakt in folie met info-vel. Wij sturen ook wat recepten mee, zodat u gelijk met de plank aan de slag kunt. 

EENDENBORST MET STERANIJS OP POMPOEN Voor 8 personen:

  • 2 x eendenborstfilet 
  • 2 theelepels anijszaad
  • 2 theelepels komijn
  • peper en zout
  • 1 x flespompoen
  • 6 x steranijsjes
  • CedarWood OvenPlank

Week de OvenPlank minimaal 1 uur in water voordat U deze gebruikt. Kerf met een scherp mes de vetlaag van de eendenborst in een ruitpatroon. Mix de venkel, komijn, peper en zout en smeer de eend hiermee in. Leg de eend met de vetlaag naar beneden op de ovenplank

Plaats de pompoen met schil en al in een voorverwarmde oven van 180 graden. Gaar de pompoen 15 minuten. Snijd de hals van de pompoen in ronde ringen en verwijder de schil. Bestrooi de pompoen met een snufje zout.

Plaats de ringen op de ovenplank naast de eendenborst.

Gaar de pompoen en de eend in 10 minuten gaar.

Leg op ieder stukje eend een steranijs en een blaadje salie.
