Hoe gebruik ik de Oil Pulling Mouthwater? 

Gebruik dagelijks 5ml Oil Pulling Mouthwater op een nuchtere maag vóór het tandenpoetsen. Spoel de olie 5–15 minuten rustig door je mond zonder door te slikken. Spuug uit in een tissue of prullenbak en spoel na met water.

Oil pulling helpt bij het verwijderen van bacteriën en het verminderen van slechte adem. Het ondersteunt een gezonde mondflora en frissere adem.
