Acupressuur band tegen reisziekte/misselijkheid
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
Plaats drie vingers aan de binnenkant van de pols met de top van de ringvinger onder de aanzet van de hand. Het Nei-Kuan punt ligt recht onder de top van de wijsvinger tussen de twee middelste pezen. Plaats het knopje in benedenwaartse richting op het Nei-Kuan punt. Herhaal dit proces voor de andere pols. Voor het beste resultaat dient om beide polsen een band te worden aangebracht. De bandjes kunnen alleen of eventueel in combinatie met medicijnen gebruikt worden. Ze zijn comfortabel, herbruikbaar en wasbaar. Voor kinderen van 3 tot +/- 12 jaar oud. Maximale polsomvang +/- 15 cm. Bij dikkere polsen de Sea-Bands voor volwassenen gebruiken. Wasvoorschrift: handwas in zacht wasmiddel.

Clinician and client reference in Somatic Therapy

This book is written as an office reference.
Part of this book is dedicated at the clinical level towards the professional. The book has somatic techniques for the professional with explanations. It helps the professional understand the work and identify things while working with the client.
Then part of this book is written with patient hand out materials and exercises. Those sections are similar to what one would see for a client workbook.

Looks like it will be helpful
Format: Audiobook
I'm not very far into this one yet, but so far, I love it. I bought the kindle and audible versions. It is nice to be able to listen to the exercises to go through them, and to be able to look up the specifics of any exercise. With whisper sync, I can point to an exercise in the kindle, and have audible read it to me. Great.
the exercises I have tried so far seem like they are going to be helpful.
