Peiregal in piemontese un termine utilizzato per indicare le colline formate da un substrato calcareo argilloso, perfette per la produzione di vini strutturati ed equilibrati.
All’esame visivo si presenta con un colore rosso rubino molto luminoso. Il bouquet di profumi al naso richiama viola, frutti di bosco, ciliegia, noce moscata e tabacco. Al palato è pulito, equilibrato e armonioso, con un tannino fitto ben lavorato. Chiude con un finale persistente.“Peiregal” in piemontese è un termine utilizzato per indicare le colline formate da un substrato calcareo-argilloso, perfette per la produzione di vini strutturati ed equilibrati. Bella rappresentazione di queste caratteristiche territoriali è la Barbera d’Alba Superiore DOC prodotta da Marchesi di Barolo, un vino dove regna l’armonia fra olfatto e palato. Le uve fermentano a temperatura controllata, per poi affinare per un anno in barriques di rovere francese. Una bottiglia ben definita, che riscuote gli alti punteggi della critica italiana e internazionale.
Si fa bere con gusto a tutto pasto, sia con primi sia con secondi piatti. Perfetto anche con i minestroni, dà il meglio di sé con il pecorino toscano.

All around helpful---worth the money!
Format: Paperback
This guide has been most helpful for all the folks I help prepare for the iTEP test! It gives insight into what each section of the test is looking for along with examples and great tips about actually TAKING the test. In the Writing and Speaking sections, it also gives sample scores and comments from the Master Grader which is very helpful too.

Comprehensive, clear and coherent!

The iTEP Practice Guide combines a no-nonsense approach to the specific iTEP tests and at the same time offers exercises that task the student with what they need to know. Exercises not only serve the purpose of scoring well, but the overall approach is communicative competence. We use the text in our group and one-to-one classes with very positive--and lasting--results.

Muy malo, no vine completo, además se demoró mucho más de lo que decía al momento de comprarlo. Solo aplazaban la fecha de entrega sin consultar cómo afectaba al cliente. Yo tuve que presentar el examen sin el libro, porque no llegó en la fecha que decía al comprarlo y después se cambió 3 veces la fecha, casi cumpliendo el mes.
