Il Roma Malvasia Puntinata DOC di Castello di Torre in Pietra, lasciato sulle fecce nobili per 3-4 mesi, chiarificato, stabilizzato e filtrato in protezione dall’ossigeno, viene imbottigliato per continuare, ancora per un paio di mesi, l’affinamento in bottiglia. Eleganza, sobrietà e freschezza e uve biologiche sono al centro dell’assaggio; il sorso, poi, risulta scorrevole e di gradevole lunghezza gustativa. Piacevolissimo.
