Relais voor startmodi ster-driehoek (ERV-YU)

Het ERV-YU startrelais is ontworpen voor automatische besturing van het starten van elektromotoren in de STAR-TRINAGON modus bij een bedrijfsspanning van 24/220 V AC. Het relais zorgt voor een zachte start van de motor, vermindert de aanloopstroom en verlengt de levensduur van het hele aandrijfsysteem. Het is uitgerust met een lichtindicatie voor de modi ON, STAR en TRIANGLE en maakt het mogelijk om de opstarttijd in te stellen.

Beschrijving en werkingsprincipe

Voor een soepele start van de elektromotor wordt eerst de STAR-modus geactiveerd, die de initiële stroompiek vermindert. Wanneer de vereiste snelheid is bereikt, wordt de wikkeling automatisch overgeschakeld naar de TRIPLE-modus, waarin de motor normaal blijft werken.

Automatische modusschakeling door relais en schakelaars verhoogt de stabiliteit van het hele systeem en elimineert de risico's die gepaard gaan met handmatige bediening.

Wanneer er spanning wordt gezet op de klemmen A1-A2 van het relais:

  • Het STAR-contact wordt geactiveerd, de STAR-indicator licht op en het opstartinterval t1 (0,1-30 s) begint te tellen.

  • Nadat de tijd t1 verstreken is, wordt het STAR-contact verbroken, gaat het lampje uit en begint een korte pauze t2 (15 ms).

  • Vervolgens worden de FASE-TRIANGLE contacten ingeschakeld, gaat het TRIANGLE lampje branden en blijft het relais in deze modus gedurende de hele tijd dat er spanning op de klemmen A1-A2 staat.

Gebruik

Het ERV-YU relais is geschikt voor:

  • automatische aansturing van motorschakelingen in sterdriehoekmodus

  • industriële toepassingen met hoge eisen voor stabiel en veilig starten van motoren

  • systemen waar het nodig is om de aanloopstroom te verminderen en het elektrische netwerk te beschermen

Best Clay for Natural Look and Feel!
As a hairstylist with a very strong focus on men’s hair for over 20 years, I applaud the guys at Highland for what they are doing. A product line with quality and minimal ingredients we can actually read and understand. This clay is what I have always wanted!! Sure you’ll see some reviews talking about how there isn’t enough hold or it’s not even a medium hold when it says it’s strong hold on the package, but you have to understand, when a product is this clean, strong hold isn’t going to feel like the strong hold in the garbage products most of us have used. This is a strong hold, in terms of keeping your best natural look all day. Something you can work into place, then continuously run your hands through all day and it still looks great. The men’s clay from Davines does a wonderful job at this too, but there’s something about the finish of this product that literally brings out such a healthy natural look. Not shiny either and definitely does not give you a wet look out of the shower. If you see that kind of review, the guy most likely has greasy hair, is using cheap conditioner, or perhaps applied too much. Don’t over use this product in your application, you get the best out it. Amazing work Highland, keep it up!

This is great stuff, great hold without being greasy or turning your hair into spikes. No pungent odors. It's noted that it includes pine and sandalwood oil. There's definitely some pine, not getting any sandalwood. Regardless, it isn't a strong scent and that's how it should be. The tin is almost exactly the size of a snuff can. Expensive. But you don't really use much of it at one time.
