Motorcycle Storehouse AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) accu's zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit, verzegeld en onderhoudsvrij. Ze bieden een sterke startcapaciteit, beter dan compatibele loodzuuraccu's. AGM accu's worden tijdens de productie opgeladen, maar moeten voor installatie opnieuw worden opgeladen.
Opmerking vóór installatie: Probeer nooit(!) de motor te starten voordat je je nieuwe accu volledig hebt opgeladen, om onherstelbare schade te voorkomen die uiteindelijk de levensduur zal verkorten. Het is absoluut verplicht om elke nieuwe AGM accu volledig op te laden voordat deze wordt geïnstalleerd. Na productie zijn AGM-accu's in de fabriek geactiveerd en zullen ze tijdens opslag langzaam ontladen. Laad de accu ten minste elke 3 maanden opnieuw op. Eerder opladen kan nodig zijn bij warmere of koudere temperaturen. Voertuigelektronica zoals een klok, alarm enz. zullen een geïnstalleerde accu extra uitputten. AGM-accu's kunnen niet goed tegen te diep ontladen. Houd ze opgeladen bij minimaal 12,4V voor de beste prestaties tijdens de hele levensduur. Sluit de accu aan op een geschikte automatische 'onderhoudslader' als deze een tijd niet wordt gebruikt om het optimale oplaadniveau te behouden.
