Deze intercoolers gebruiken Plate-Fin kernen om tegendruk te verminderen en de koeling te verbeteren, passend bij de vinhoogte van originele koelers. Ontwikkeld door het verbeteren van OEM kernontwerpen, zijn ze efficiënter en behouden ze inlaat-/uitlaatmaten van 65/70mm, compatibel met OEM-bevestigingszitjes. Aanpassingen aan de originele luchtgeleiders werden gemaakt tot 02/2018, gevolgd door de introductie van aangepaste luchtkanalen gebaseerd op 3D-scans van voertuigen voor een betere pasvorm met de grotere kern.

Deze intercoolers verhogen de prestaties aanzienlijk, met een toevoeging van 112PK aan vermogen en een verlaging van de inlaatluchttemperatuur met 35°C vergeleken met standaardkoelers. Ze zijn compatibel met RS6 C6 Performance intercoolers en worden geïnstalleerd met de meegeleverde schroeven, ontworpen om optimaal te functioneren zonder OEM-fans.
