Opgehangen is de afstand tussen muur en bokszak 75cm, dit geeft de bokszak voldoende bewegingsruimte en kan de training beginnen. Het is aan te raden om gebruik te maken van een optionele swivel, dit voorkomt onnodig draaien van de ophangketting en blijven de krachten op dezelfde kettingen evenredig verdeeld.
