Productbeschrijving

Licht filmvormend gekleurd houtbeschermingsproduct op basis van alkydharsen. Speciaal ontwikkeld voor de bescherming van houten gevelbekledingen en meer bepaald cederen bekledingen, dakoversteken, gevelbetimmeringen, houtbardage, enz.

Xyladecor Gevelbetimmeringen is een houtimpregneermiddel met fungicide eigenschappen. Het biedt een optimale bescherming tegen de weersinvloeden: het is waterafstotend en biedt een optimale UV-bescherming. Tevens vertraagt het de vergrijzing van het hout. Xyladecor Gevelbetimmeringen is zeer soepel, vochtregulerend en niet afbladderend. Het heeft een goed indringend vermogen, waardoor de beitslaag beschermd tegen schimmel en groenaanslag. De houttekening en houtstructuur blijven zichtbaar.

Opmerking: voor een optimale UV-bescherming Xyladecor Gevelbetimmeringen Kleurloos enkel gebruiken op reeds gekleurd hout.

Ondergrond en systemen
Nieuw hout
Het hout moet voldoende droog zijn (max.16% vocht) bij behandeling. Maak het oppervlakte stofvrij en ontvet de ondergrond. Breng vervolgens 3 lagen Xyladecor Gevelbetimmeringen aan.

Gebeitst hout
Schuren, stofvrij maken en ontvetten. Behandel het oppervlakte vervolgens met 2 lagen Xyladecor Gevelbetimmeringen.

Gebeitst hout, in slechte staat, gevernist of geverfd hout
Alle oude lagen verwijderen tot op het kale hout. Vervolgens behandelen als nieuw hout.

Na het aanbrengen van drie lagen en afhankelijk van de porositeit van het hout komt er een lichte zijdeglans tevoorschijn.

Rendement
10 - 14 m²/l per laag, afhankelijk van de porositeit van het hout.

Bij 20°C en 60% R.V.:
Stofdroog: 4 à 6 h.
Overschilderbaar: minstens 18 h.
