That's why many copies have the SIAE stamp. There are 2 label versions: black and light blue, and 2 sleeve variants, with "life recording" or "recorded live". Source: (dead link).
Side A is a mangled version of the Hollywood Bowl concert from 1964. Side B are outtakes from Captain Beefheart, Buffalo Springfield, and The Who, with no Beatle content whatsoever. The label mentions Tony Sheridan for no apparent reason.
