Het bakje is 15,3 bij 15,3 bij 8 cm groot. Dankzij de handige klapdeksel is hij ook erg makkelijk in gebruik. De bak is niet alleen geschikt voor hamburgers, maar ook voor belegde broodjes. Bovendien blijven je gerechten perfect op temperatuur vanwege de goede isolerende werking van het materiaal. Het hamburgerbakje wordt met de juiste omstandigheden binnen 90 dagen volledig afgebroken en omgezet in compost. De hamburger box is ook geschikt voor gebruik in de magnetron en vriezer.

Suikerriet(pulp) is een natuurlijk afvalproduct en wordt daarom ook wel bagasse genoemd, afgeleid van het Spaanse woord voor afval. Producten van suikerriet, worden gemaakt van de pulp die overblijft nadat het sap van het riet gescheiden is. Met behulp van warmte en druk wordt de pulp samengeperst en gevormd tot de disposables die je bij ons in de virtuele schappen ziet.

Producten van bagasse zijn volledig gemaakt uit hernieuwbare grondstoffen en volkomen plastic vrij. Daarnaast zijn ze volledig composteerbaar. Producten gemaakt uit suikerriet zijn tevens voedselveilig en smaakneutraal.

I was absorbed by this book. It is such a wonderfully easy read. I just loved it, and it resonated with me so much!
