Domaine Lagille ' Grande Reserve Brut 'Treslon, ongeveer twintig kilometer rijden ten westen van Reims in de Marne vallei ligt het vier hectare grootte domaine van Vincent Lagille. De wijngaarden liggen aan n stuk in een soort clos en worden gedomineerd door het druivenras Pinot Meunier. De wijngaarden worden bio verbouwd (vanaf 2023 gecertificeerd), en met het eigen paard geploegd en bewerkt. Vincent deed onderzoek naar de verschillende terroirs in zijn clos. Hij leerde hier zoveel van

Beschrijving: Rijpere stijl, klassiek, toast (brioche), geroosterde noten.

Lekker bij: Aperitief met snacks.

Leuk weetje: De bodem is puur argillo-calcaire wat enorm bijdraagd aan de kwaliteit. Hij is überhaubt een liefhebber van monocépages, enkel de Grande Reserve is een blend van druivenrassen.
