Natuurlijk voorkomende vitamine E komt voor in acht chemische vormen (alfa-, bèta-, gamma- en delta-tocoferol en alfa-, bèta-, gamma- en delta-tocotrienol) met verschillende niveaus van biologische activiteit. Alfa-tocoferol is de enige vorm die door het lichaam wordt herkend zodat deze als zodanig dan ook functioneel kan zijn voor het lichaam.
Serumconcentraties van vitamine E (alfa-tocoferol) zijn afhankelijk van de lever, die de voedingsstof verwerkt nadat de verschillende vormen door de dunne darm zijn opgenomen. De lever herstelt bij voorkeur alleen alfa-tocoferol via het hepatische alfa-tocoferol overdrachtseiwit.

Simple and Effective Remote Organization

My remote caddy
