Zeer complexe neus van mandarijn, rook en vuursteen die uit het glas springt, maar bij elke draai van het glas komen er meer aroma's van steenfruit bij. Zeer geconcentreerd en superzuiver, met enorme leisteenaroma's in de uiterst strakke afdronk.

Over Günther Steinmetz

Op ongeveer 12 hectare van het omliggende gebied van Brauneberg en de naburige gemeenten groeien en bloeien de wijnen. Gecontroleerde lage oogsthoeveelheden, een strenge selectie van de druiven (alle druiven worden met de hand geoogst en gesorteerd) en een bijzonder zachte druivenverwerking zonder mechanische belasting garanderen de hoogste kwaliteit.

Vinificatie

Met de hand geplukt. Zacht gekeust, zacht geperst, bezonken, een nacht gekoeld, spontaan gefermenteerd. 8 maanden gerijpt op fijne gist.

It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
