Bewaaradvies
Kan beter niet tegelijk met eiwitten worden ingenomen, omdat de gelijktijdige aanwezigheid van grote hoeveelheden andere aminozuren de absorptie van L-Carnitine hinderen kan. Het is niet raadzaam L-Carnitine ‘s avonds in te nemen, omdat dan het slaapritme verstoord wordt. In relatie tot trainingen of belangrijke wedstrijden wordt aangeraden om L-Carnitine ongeveer twee uur van tevoren in te nemen.

Saucony!

Saucony has saved me more times than I csn remember! The price point is always affordable and I’ve been buying this brand for our family …toddler through our adult sizes! These shoes usually last one year for an active child but that shows they wear them all the time. This style is adorable and our son was so proud to open the box and wear them. We’ve worn this style everywhere… fair 5ks, trail runs, bike rides, city shopping trips… and they always look great and are an easy Velcro shoe for a child.
