Legrandiet is een zeldzaam arsenaatmineraal, ontdekt in 1934 en vernoemd naar de Belgische mijningenieur Legrand. Chemisch gezien is het een gehydrateerd zinkarsenaathydroxide, dat wordt aangetroffen als secundair mineraal in zinkertsen, vaak in combinatie met limoniet. De meest opvallende bron van het mineraal is de nu verlaten Ojuela-mijn in Durango, Mexico. Het wordt zeer geprezen om zijn glasachtige, rijke gele kleur en is een gewild item onder mineralenverzamelaars.
