In this way, a piece of Art can become the ‘mother’ for a type of feeling.” - Brian Eno & Beatie Wolfe Brian Eno is een legendarische muzikant, producer, beeldend kunstenaar en activist. Hij verwierf voor het eerst internationale bekendheid in de vroege jaren '70 als oprichter van de Britse band Roxy Music. Daarna volgden een reeks soloalbums, samenwerkingen en productiewerk met artiesten als David Bowie, Talking Heads, Devo, U2, Coldplay, zijn broer Roger Eno en meest recent, fred again... Beatie Wolfe is een in Los Angeles gevestigde, Brits-Amerikaanse conceptuele kunstenaar, activist en "muzikale weirdo en visionair" (Vice). De artiesten vinden elkaar in hun wederzijdse toewijding aan kunst en het milieu en ze werkten samen aan de albums Luminal en Lateral. Opgenomen in Londen en gecentreerd rond het concept "Art and feelings", bevat elk album originele muziek en bestrijkt een scala aan genres en stijlen. De afbeeldingen op de covers zijn afkomstig van een reeks etsen van Brian Eno.
