Het 10.6-formaat voelt direct vertrouwd: lang genoeg voor rustige vaart en koersvastheid, compact genoeg om soepel te draaien rond steigers en boeien. De stijve drop-stitch kern houdt het board strak op druk, waardoor elke peddelslag effectief wordt omgezet in snelheid en je minder energie verliest in kabbel of lichte chop. Het zachte EVA-dek biedt grip op blote voeten en voelt prettig bij knielen of pivot turns.

Op Nederlandse meren, plassen en beschutte kuststroken merk je vooral de relaxte cadans waarmee de Yarra 10.6 meters maakt. Beginners krijgen ruimschoots stabiliteit en voelen zich snel zeker bij de eerste meters; gevorderden waarderen de soepele acceleratie voor korte sprints en het stille glijden tijdens langere tochten.
