Beschrijving: Aroma’s van zwarte kersen, frambozen, dennen en is zacht rokerig. Smaak is rond, soepel en elegant.

Lekker bij: Lichte vleesgerechten, gevogelte.

Leuk weetje: Er vindt een inweking plaats van vier dagen, waarna de wijn deels vergist in eikenhouten vaten van 45, 35 en 25 hectoliter en in cementen kuipen. De wijn rijpt daarna 20 maanden op zijn lie in Frans eikenhouten vaten van 1, 2 en 3 jaar oud. Daarna krijgt de wijn nog 18 maanden rust op fles.

First of all, the olives taste great. I’ve tried some other olive ‘snack’ brands in the past and Freestyle is completely next level in quality, texture and flavor!
