Anti-burst materiaal voor veilig gebruik

De Throwdown Stability Ball is gemaakt van sterk anti-burst vinyl. Dat betekent dat de bal bij overbelasting niet plotseling knapt, maar langzaam leegloopt. Dat is een belangrijk veiligheidskenmerk, zeker bij oefeningen waarbij je volledig op de bal steunt. Daarnaast maakt de flock-afwerking de bal aangenaam in gebruik. Het zachte oppervlak voelt prettig aan op de huid en geeft een grip die je vertrouwen geeft tijdens elke oefening.

Je kiest de Throwdown Stability Ball in twee maten:

  • 55 cm – geschikt voor mensen tot ongeveer 1,70 m
  • 65 cm – geschikt voor mensen vanaf ongeveer 1,70 m

Echter hangt de beste maat niet alleen af van je lengte. Voor sommige oefeningen kies je bewust een kleinere bal voor extra instabiliteit en uitdaging. Zo pas je de moeilijkheidsgraad aan op het doel van de training.

De stability ball gebruik je voor een groot aantal oefeningen en doelgroepen:

  • Corekrachtoefeningen – crunches, planks en rollouts voor buik- en rugspieren

De Throwdown Stability Ball wordt leeg geleverd. Dat maakt verzending en opslag eenvoudig. Let op: een pomp is niet inbegrepen — zorg dat je een geschikte balpomp in huis hebt om de bal op te blazen.
