De OFYR Pizza Oven heeft een praktische pizzaschep, een dubbelzijdig te gebruiken gietijzeren plaat, een pizzasteen die op de gietijzeren gelegd wordt en een dubbele stalen cloche waarvan de buitenste laag over de binnenste laag te draaien is. In de gietijzeren plaat zitten openingen waardoor de hitte uit de OFYR kookeenheid in de cloche kan circuleren en de pizza

Als er één buitenkooktoestel tegenwoordig super populair is, dan is het de pizza oven. De OFYR Pizza Oven heeft een praktische pizzaschep, een dubbelzijdig te gebruiken gietijzeren plaat, een pizzasteen die op de gietijzeren gelegd wordt en een dubbele stalen cloche waarvan de buitenste laag over de binnenste laag te draaien is. In de gietijzeren plaat zitten openingen waardoor de hitte uit de OFYR kookeenheid in de cloche kan circuleren en de pizza snel verhit.

Door de knop op de cloche te draaien kan men de grootte van de opening tussen de binnenste en buitenste laag van de cloche bepalen. Hoe groter de opening, des te meer luchtcirculatie en des te meer hittevorming. Om de knop te draaien dienen hittebestendige handschoenen zoals de OFYR handschoenen gebruikt te worden, aangezien de knop gloeiend heet wordt. Vanzelfsprekend kan de pizza oven ook als gewone oven gebruikt worden.

Bij het maken van pizza’s wordt de pizzasteen op de gladde zijde van de gietijzeren plaat gelegd. De andere zijde van de plaat is geribbeld en kan als grillplaat gebruikt worden.
